SHIPPING TIME
- Processing time is 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard shipping usually takes 2-8 business days.
- *Due to COVID-19 all orders must be placed before 1pm EST to receive same day shipment and delivery may be delayed* Expedited shipments are shipped out same business day if order is placed before 1:00pm EST via USPS Priority Mail and take approximately 2-3 business days to receive, but may take longer due to carrier delay.
- FedEx Priority Overnight will ship same business day if order is placed before 1:00 EST and will arrive the following business day. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST, on weekends or on holidays will ship next business day and be delivered the following business day.
- All products purchased from the site are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Gemini Kidz. Title to products purchased on the site, as well as the risk of loss for such products, pass to you when Gemini Kidz delivers these items to the carrier.
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide please our customer service team by emailing geminikidz20@gmail.com
If you don't want to pay for shipping, and are located in Rochester, NY you're in luck! Gemini Kidz offers free local delivery for orders over $25.00! Just choose the "Local Delivery" option when checking out.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS, IS MARKED "UNCLAIMED" OR “RETURN TO SENDER,” OR HAS BEEN DEEMED UNDELIVERABLE FOR ANY REASON BY THE CARRIER, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BY EMAIL.
The original shipping will not be refunded on RTS (return to sender) packages.
Customers are responsible for any RTS (return to sender) fee that is incurred if the address is provided incorrectly.
Once we receive the package back from the carrier, our option is to either reship the package or refund the subtotal of your order minus the RTS (return to sender) fee.
If you select to have the package reshipped you will need to pay the RTS(return to sender fee) and a shipping fee.
If you select to have the order refunded that will not be issued until the package has arrived back in our warehouse.
Note: Once we have processed a refund, it can take your bank anywhere from 2-8 business days to process the refund on their end and issue it back to your account.
To ensure this does not happen, please make sure you provide the correct address at checkout. We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or is sent back for insufficient address.
